These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9awn ("9awn", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and products offered through the 9awn website and any associated mobile applications.

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any part of the 9awn platform, placing a wager, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 9awn platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by 9awn from time to time — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

9awn supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and BTC. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are disclosed within your account's Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your 9awn account within seconds. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, BTC) are credited following the required number of network confirmations. The minimum deposit on 9awn is ₱100.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. The following general bonus terms apply to all 9awn promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9awn platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the 9awn platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to transfer funds between parties.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after gameplay has taken place.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the 9awn platform or the experience of other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

9awn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• A request by the account holder themselves (voluntary closure).
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so under Philippine law.

Upon account closure, 9awn will conduct a final review of the account. Any verified balance remaining — after deduction of bonus funds subject to forfeiture and any amounts under investigation — will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification procedures.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 9awn platform without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any 9awn software or content.
• Use any 9awn trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 9awn platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 9awn's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9awn, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 9awn platform.

9awn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9awn account during the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

9awn does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. 9awn will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to restore service promptly following any outage, but cannot guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9awn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and 9awn. By using the 9awn platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9awn complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations including KYC and AML requirements that mandate the retention of certain records.

9awn reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 9awn will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification. Minor or administrative changes may take effect without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 9awn platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange voluntary account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the 9awn platform, or your account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 9awn informally by contacting the support team at [email protected]. 9awn will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
